Do you take phone orders?

Sorry, at this time, we do not take orders over the phone or via direct message on social media platforms. Our websites is the only place you can purchase goods.

Do you store credit card information?

We do not store credit card information on our computers. All processing is done via our 3rd party providers (Stripe and PayPal).

If you register an account with us, you do have the option of storing your credit card so you will not have to type it in again. This information is not stored on our servers, as our payment providers securely store your details on their servers.

What is your shipping policy?

At the time, we only ship to the United States. For more details on our shipping policy, please our Shipping & Returns section.

Can I ship to a different address than my credit card?

Due to fraud, on guest accounts, we will only ship to an address that is associated with the billing address of the credit card.

To ship to an address that is not the billing address, we allow you to do so when you first register for an account first.

How fast will I recieve my item?

Most in-stock items will ship the same day (or the next) and will arrive on your doorstep 2-7 days after we receive your order.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take additional delivery time and include additional charges
